Biodar Real Estate, previously known as InvestConsult Ltd, was established in 1991. The company started as a trading enterprise with main partners from Russia and Scandinavia. In 1998 the company took its present name, Biodar, as a consequence of its changed direction. Since then the company has been active in real estate consulting, with focus on foreign private investors.
